This upgraded Services is based on the OEM Garrett MGT1549ZDL 820021-1 unit found in BMW F20/F21 1.6L engines and is engineered for significantly improved performance while maintaining OEM fitment.

We replace the factory compressor wheel with a Next Generation 7+7 billet wheel, enlarged by +4mm, 40/52mm increasing airflow capacity and efficiency across the powerband.
The turbine shaft is upgraded to a +2mm 39.6mm 9-blade design, improving exhaust flow characteristics and high-RPM stability.
Both the compressor and turbine housings are precision CNC-machined in-house under ISO 9001 standards, with machining tolerances down to 0.01mm. This ensures perfect blade-to-housing clearance, maximizing efficiency while reducing turbo lag.

High-speed dynamic balancing on the latest generation Turbo Clinic machine
