DSG DQ200 Gen 1 Upgraded Clutch met Kevlar-platen tot 470 Nm

Kevlar mix material otherwise known as Aramid, is a composite material which has good friction properties and maintains it's mechanical properties in elevated temperatures. Therefore we replace the clutch discs with Kevlar for increased durability!

This particular clutch is rated for 20-30% more torque capacity compared to the stock clutch. However, it has been tested successfully in applications with up to 470 Nm of torque.

Na montage van de koppeling, in welke fase dan ook, is het verplicht om de basis-koppelingsadaptatie uit te voeren met behulp van een fabrieksdiagnosetool of VCDS, en daarna alle opgeslagen transmissiewaarden en foutcodes te wissen.
