Frizione DSG DQ200 Gen 1 rinforzata con dischi in Kevlar fino a 470 Nm

Kevlar mix material otherwise known as Aramid, is a composite material which has good friction properties and maintains it's mechanical properties in elevated temperatures. Therefore we replace the clutch discs with Kevlar for increased durability!

This particular clutch is rated for 20-30% more torque capacity compared to the stock clutch. However, it has been tested successfully in applications with up to 470 Nm of torque.

Dopo l’installazione della frizione, a qualsiasi stadio, è obbligatorio eseguire la taratura/adattamento base della frizione utilizzando uno strumento diagnostico originale o VCDS, e successivamente cancellare tutti i valori e gli errori memorizzati nella centralina del cambio.
