LPFP AWD potenziata per Rs3 2.5 TFSI – Fino a 1000 CV

Presentiamo il sistema potenziato della pompa carburante di RTMG Performance, disponibile in due versioni progettate per supportare applicazioni fino a 1000 cavalli.

La soluzione definitiva ai problemi di alimentazione carburante per gli appassionati di Rs3. Adatto per Rs3 8P TFSI TTRS. L’idea è nata inizialmente dopo numerosi test sulle nostre auto da gara. Ecco cosa devi sapere sul sistema carburante a bassa pressione dell’Rs3 e sui problemi che il nostro sistema risolve.

L’impianto di serie è progettato per gestire fino a 500 cavalli, considerando principalmente l’uso quotidiano. 

How does it work?

Abbiamo scansionato lo spazio del cestello con uno scanner ad alta precisione da 0,02 mm e progettato una struttura di supporto per entrambe le pompe in alluminio forgiato, integrando una seconda pompa WALBRO / TI capace di 450 litri all’ora. Grazie a questa riprogettazione, fissiamo saldamente entrambe le pompe al cestello con viti, 

The second pump is activated by its own circuit, based on boost pressure, and the most important part is that it’s included in the system we've designed. The activation of the second pump happens from 1.2 bar up to 2 bar, adjustable easily with an Allen screw on the RTMG Performance control unit. The entire electrical installation is of excellent quality, with safety measures everywhere, capable of supplying 40 amps to the second pump during racing conditions.

Nothing is cut from the factory wiring harness, and everything is installed in such a way that if you decide to sell the car, the system can be reverted to a factory setup with a factory pump, just as it was before. The installation of our entire system takes no more than an hour, offering ease to the mechanics who will install it.

The result? A beautifully robust construction that operates like a factory system, with everything working, even the fuel gauge in its original position, supplying your engine with fuel flow for up to 1,000 horsepower and more if requested. The entire setup is offered ready for use, but for those with a good-condition factory pump, we also offer just the upgrade kit.
