Embrayage renforcé DSG DQ200 Gen 1 avec disques Kevlar jusqu’à 470 Nm

Kevlar mix material otherwise known as Aramid, is a composite material which has good friction properties and maintains it's mechanical properties in elevated temperatures. Therefore we replace the clutch discs with Kevlar for increased durability!

This particular clutch is rated for 20-30% more torque capacity compared to the stock clutch. However, it has been tested successfully in applications with up to 470 Nm of torque.

Après l’installation de l’embrayage, à n’importe quel stade, il est obligatoire d’effectuer l’adaptation de base de l’embrayage à l’aide d’un outil de diagnostic d’origine ou de VCDS, puis d’effacer toutes les valeurs et erreurs enregistrées dans la transmission.
