Every intake port is precision-machined on our HAAS UMC-1000 5-axis machining center to achieve exceptional port consistency, optimized airflow velocity, and balanced cylinder filling.
Our proprietary intake port design improves volumetric efficiency while maintaining excellent air speed, resulting in faster turbo response, improved cylinder filling, and increased airflow throughout the entire RPM range.
Proprietary Hybrid Exhaust Port Technology
The EA888 Gen3 exhaust ports cannot be fully optimized using conventional CNC machining alone due to their complex internal geometry.
To overcome this limitation, we developed our own proprietary machining process.
Each exhaust port is produced using a combination of:
- 5-Axis CNC Port Machining
- Custom-Engineered Material Removal Tools
- Precision Hand Finishing
This hybrid manufacturing process allows us to reshape areas that are inaccessible to CNC tooling alone, maximizing the effectiveness of the larger exhaust valve seats and significantly increasing exhaust flow where conventional porting reaches its limits.
Stage 4
Our Stage 4 cylinder head features oversized +1 mm exhaust valve seats, allowing installation of larger exhaust valves while maintaining excellent port velocity.
Ideal for high-performance street cars, track applications, and hybrid turbocharger setups.
Stage 5
Our flagship Stage 5 cylinder head features +2 mm oversized exhaust valve seats, allowing installation of +2 mm larger exhaust valves together with our most aggressive exhaust port development.
You can add +1mm intake valves on this option.
Designed for extreme motorsport applications, Stage 5 fully utilizes the increased valve diameter and optimized exhaust port geometry to support 1000+ horsepower engine builds, when combined with an appropriately engineered engine package.

Competition Valve Guide System
Our upgraded valve guides feature an integrated retention stop designed to prevent guide movement under high spring pressures.
This provides increased reliability when used with performance valve springs and aggressive camshaft profiles, maintaining accurate valve train geometry even during prolonged high-RPM operation.
Our upgraded valve guides are specifically engineered for high-performance and motorsport applications.
Each guide incorporates an integrated mechanical retention stop to prevent guide movement under the increased loads generated by high-pressure valve springs and sustained high-RPM operation.
To provide additional valvetrain clearance, the valve guides are repositioned deeper into the cylinder head, allowing compatibility with camshafts offering up to 14 mm of valve lift without interference between the valve spring retainer and the valve guide seal.
This modification makes the cylinder head suitable for aggressive camshaft profiles while maintaining reliable valvetrain geometry and durability under extreme operating conditions.
