If you are a natural person (consumer) and your purchase is for personal use and not for the convenience of your profession, you can return your parts within 14 calendar days. In this case we will ask you the details of your bank account to refund the value after evaluation by the competent department refunds.
Terms and conditions for exercising the right to refunds.
The return of products should be made within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving them and the cost of return paid by you.
The products should not have traces placement and be maintained on the manufacturer's packaging which must be intact and undamaged.
Also excluded from the right to return the products ordered especially for you from abroad, or they are specially made for you and all parts for any transformation in your car.
